Like Father like son?

If average Joe had a women drown to death in his car he ran into a pond he would be convicted for man slaughter. If average Joe crashed his car in front of a cop he would be given a breathalyzer test or hauled off to jail.

Does this send out a good message to our citizens that law makers can make the laws but do not have to abide buy the laws they make?

Accusations are flying from both side of this case. Shows like Nancy Grace, Greta Van Susteren, Rita Cosby, and their Hollywood Squares format of angry lawyer pundits talking over each other to the point of nauseam seems to have replaced the interest in the Aruba case .
